  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated Parmesan for topping.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt Adjust according to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper Freshly ground black pepper.
  • 1 teaspoon Italian herbs Dried or fresh herbs like basil, oregano, or thyme.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, cottage cheese, marinara sauce, and seasonings.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and golden.
