Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, milk, melted butter, and eggs. Mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
These rolls can be served warm with butter and jam, and can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature or a week in the fridge. For longer storage, they can be frozen for up to 3 months.
