Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the two cans of corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Stir in the corn muffin mix until combined. Then, fold in 2 cups of shredded cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- If desired, sprinkle some additional cheese on top for extra flavor.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes, or until golden brown and set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
