Preparation
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties.
Cooking
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Toast the burger buns on the grill for a couple of minutes.
Assembly
- Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will last for about 3 to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the grill for a few minutes.
