  • 1 tsp garlic powder Adds flavor to the burgers.
  • 1 tsp onion powder Enhances the taste of the burgers.
  • 1 tsp salt Adjust according to taste.
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper For seasoning.
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Adds depth of flavor.
Burger Assembly
  • Burger buns Choose your favorite or make them from scratch.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).
  3. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a couple of minutes.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. They will last for about 3 to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave or on the grill for a few minutes.
