Ingredients
  

For the Choux Pastry
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
For the Filling and Toppings
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate sauce
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter and bring to a boil.
  3. Add flour and salt, stirring until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth and glossy.
  6. Pipe small mounds onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
  8. Let cool completely.
Assembly
  1. Whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fill the cooled puffs with whipped cream.
  3. Drizzle with chocolate and caramel sauces before serving.

Notes

Make sure to properly measure the ingredients for the best results. Let the puffs cool completely before filling them. Use a piping bag for easy filling.
