  • 1 medium tomato (diced)

  • 1/4 cup cilantro (chopped)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Poach the shrimp until cooked through and then let them cool.
  2. In a bowl, combine the poached shrimp with citrus juice, diced tomato, diced avocado, and chopped cilantro.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Mix gently to combine the ingredients.
  5. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes
