  • 0.5 Green bell pepper thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Flaky sea salt

Equipment

  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet
  • Parchment paper

Method

Preparation
  1. Combine flour, yeast, and salt in a large bowl, then gradually add warm water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil, mixing until a shaggy dough forms.
  2. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  3. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1.5 to 2 hours, or until doubled in size.
Baking
  1. Gently press the risen dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with the remaining olive oil, and create dimples across the surface.
  2. Arrange cherry tomatoes, rosemary, and bell peppers decoratively on the dough to create a festive design, then sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
