Ingredients
  

Meatball Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For greasing the baking sheet
Glaze Ingredients
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together ground meat, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Making the Glaze
  1. In another bowl, combine cranberry sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce for the glaze.
  2. Brush the glaze over the meatballs.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through.
Serving
  1. Serve warm as a festive appetizer.

Notes

Best served warm. For easy snacking, pair with toothpicks and garnish with fresh parsley. Consider serving with dipping sauces or on a bed of fresh greens.
