Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 2 cups Crushed shortbread cookies
  • 1/2 cup Melted unsalted butter
Cream Cheese Layer
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 8 ounces Whipped topping, thawed
Pudding Layer
  • 2 (3.4 oz) packages Instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups Cold milk
Topping
  • 8 ounces Whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons Holiday sprinkles

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine crushed shortbread cookies and melted butter; press into a 9x13 inch pan to form the crust and chill.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1/4 cup milk until smooth; fold in 8 ounces of whipped topping and spread over the chilled crust.
  3. Whisk together instant vanilla pudding mixes and 3 cups cold milk until thickened; carefully spread this layer over the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Cover the pan and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or until thoroughly set.
  5. Before serving, spread the remaining 8 ounces of whipped topping over the pudding layer and decorate with holiday sprinkles.

Notes

For best results, allow the lasagna to chill for at least 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight, to set properly and allow flavors to meld.
