Preparation
- Combine crushed shortbread cookies and melted butter; press into a 9x13 inch pan to form the crust and chill.
- Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1/4 cup milk until smooth; fold in 8 ounces of whipped topping and spread over the chilled crust.
- Whisk together instant vanilla pudding mixes and 3 cups cold milk until thickened; carefully spread this layer over the cream cheese mixture.
- Cover the pan and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, or until thoroughly set.
- Before serving, spread the remaining 8 ounces of whipped topping over the pudding layer and decorate with holiday sprinkles.
Notes
For best results, allow the lasagna to chill for at least 3-4 hours, or preferably overnight, to set properly and allow flavors to meld.
