Chocolate Fudge
- Line an 8x8 inch pan with foil and butter it; set aside.
- Combine sugar, cocoa, salt, and milk in a saucepan, bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, then boil for 5 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat, stir in butter, marshmallows, and vanilla until melted and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly; chill for at least 2 hours or until firm before cutting.
