Pasta and Chicken
  • 8 oz pasta (like fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden and cooked through.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Adjust seasoning as needed.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For added flavor, sprinkle extra Parmesan cheese on top and drizzle with olive oil before serving. Pair with a fresh salad or garlic bread.
