Ingredients
  

Wrap Filling
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce (chopped) Chopped into bite-sized pieces.
  • 1.5 cups cooked chicken (chopped) Can be grilled, fried, or rotisserie.
  • 1/3 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup homemade croutons
  • to taste Kosher salt
  • to taste Freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 10-inch flour tortillas

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Start by washing the romaine lettuce. Chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large bowl.
  2. Add the cooked chicken to the lettuce.
  3. Pour the Caesar dressing over the chicken and lettuce. Toss everything together until it's well combined.
  4. Sprinkle the freshly grated Parmesan cheese and homemade croutons over the top. Season with kosher salt and black pepper to taste, then gently mix again.
  5. Lay out the flour tortillas. Divide the chicken Caesar mixture evenly among them. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
  6. Enjoy your wraps immediately, or follow the storage tips below.

Notes

For serving, pair with extra Caesar dressing for dipping. Adding sliced tomatoes or pickles can enhance the flavor. Store leftovers in the fridge wrapped in plastic wrap or in an airtight container for up to three days.
