Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the softened butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in the cottage cheese and shredded cheese until well combined.
- Gradually add milk until a soft dough forms.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently a few times.
- Roll out to about 1-inch thick and cut into rounds using a biscuit cutter.
- Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

- Serve warm, optionally with chives sprinkled on top.
