Ingredients
  

Egg Mixture
  • 6 large large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray or oil for the air fryer

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir in the cheddar cheese, bell peppers, and onion.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
Cooking
  1. Pour the egg mixture into the basket and spread it evenly.
  2. Cook in the air fryer for about 10-12 minutes, or until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.
  3. Allow to cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.

Notes

Serve warm with a simple salad, fresh fruit, or toasted bread. Top with salsa or avocado for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
