Brownie Layer
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter melted
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
Cheesecake Layer
  • 32 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 1/4 cups Granulated sugar
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Caramel Topping
  • 1 cup Store-bought caramel sauce

Equipment

  • 9-inch springform pan

Method
 

Make the Brownie Layer
  1. Combine melted butter and sugar, then mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined, then press into a springform pan.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling
  1. Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then mix in eggs one at a time. Gently fold in sour cream and vanilla extract.
Assemble and Bake
