  • 2 cups apple cider
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce plus extra for rimming the glass
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon or a dash of apple pie spice
  • ½ oz lemon juice optional, for brightness

  • Apple slices for garnish
  • Cinnamon sticks for garnish
  • Optional: 2 oz ginger beer, sparkling apple juice, or club soda for a fizzy twist

Method
 

  1. Pour caramel sauce onto a shallow plate and dip the rim of your serving glass to coat it.
  2. In a shaker or large jar, combine apple cider, caramel sauce, cinnamon, and lemon juice (if using).
  3. Add ice and shake or stir well until chilled and combined.
  4. Strain into your prepared glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with an apple slice and cinnamon stick.

Notes
