Ingredients
  

Pasta and Chicken
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Sauce and Vegetables
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
Seasoning and Garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking the Chicken and Vegetables
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken and Cajun seasoning; cook until chicken is browned and cooked through.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the skillet; sauté until vegetables are softened.
Preparing the Sauce
  1. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  2. Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve hot, directly from the skillet or transfer to a serving dish. Pair with a simple green salad or garlic bread for a complete meal. For extra spice, consider adding more Cajun seasoning or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
