Cooking
- In the same skillet, add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until softened.
- Add heavy cream and stir, bringing it to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat everything in the sauce.
Serving
- Remove from heat, slice the chicken, and serve it over the pasta.
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat with a little extra cream for moisture. Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to taste.
