Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions and set aside.
Cooking
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the cooked chicken and Cajun seasoning, cooking until warmed through.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until the sauce thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fill each pasta shell with the Cajun chicken Alfredo mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave. Cook pasta shells al dente, as they will continue to cook in the oven.
