- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked buffalo chicken, ground beef, crumbled bacon, and cauliflower rice.
- Add buffalo sauce to the mixture, mixing well, and season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle shredded cheese on top if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
