- Add cauliflower, zucchini, and bell peppers to the skillet. Cook until the vegetables are tender.

- Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
