- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet, top with a quarter of the mozzarella cheese, beef pepperoni, pizza sauce, and any optional ingredients.
- Add another tortilla on top and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese has melted, about 2-3 more minutes.
- Remove from skillet, slice into wedges, and serve with additional pizza sauce for dipping.
Notes
Use a non-stick skillet to prevent sticking. Experiment with different cheeses for a unique flavor. Feel free to add extra spices or herbs like oregano and basil for added taste. Make sure the skillet isn’t too hot to avoid burning the tortillas before the cheese melts.
