Preparation
- Preheat your grill or stovetop.
- Cook the beef hot dogs on the grill or in a pan until heated through.
- While the hot dogs are cooking, heat the chili in a separate saucepan.
Assembly
- Once the hot dogs are cooked, place each hot dog in a bun.
- Spoon the warm chili over each hot dog.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and diced onion.
- Optionally, drizzle mustard or ketchup over the top.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.

Notes
You can store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat the chili and hot dogs before reassembling.
