Meatball Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef Make sure your ground beef is fresh for the best flavor.
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley Garnish with extra parsley or a sprinkle of cheese for an added touch.
  • 1 each egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce You can use store-bought BBQ sauce for convenience.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into bite-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the BBQ sauce over medium heat. Once the meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and toss to coat.
Serving
  1. Serve warm and enjoy sharing stories over your cozy meal.

Notes

Leftover meatballs can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or can be frozen for up to three months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
