Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into bite-sized meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Cooking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat the BBQ sauce over medium heat. Once the meatballs are done, add them to the sauce and toss to coat.

Notes
Leftover meatballs can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days or can be frozen for up to three months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
