Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 1 lb Salmon fillets Cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup Cornstarch For coating the salmon
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For spraying the air fryer
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper To taste
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise For the base of the sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili sauce Adjust to taste
  • 1-2 tbsp Sriracha Adjust based on desired spiciness
For the Slaw
  • 2 cups Cabbage Chopped for slaw
  • 1 cup Carrots Shredded or chopped
Garnish
  • 1 Lime For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Toss the salmon pieces in cornstarch until coated.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and place the salmon bites in a single layer.
Cooking
  1. Cook for about 7-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy.
  2. While the salmon is cooking, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to taste.
Assembly
  1. Chop the cabbage and carrots for the slaw and mix together.
  2. Once the salmon is done, toss it in the Bang Bang sauce.
  3. Serve the salmon bites over the slaw and garnish with lime.

Notes

Store leftovers in separate airtight containers. It’s best to eat the salmon within 2-3 days for optimal freshness. Reheat the salmon in the air fryer or oven to maintain its crispiness.
