Cooking

- While the salmon is cooking, prepare the Bang Bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to taste.
Assembly
- Chop the cabbage and carrots for the slaw and mix together.
- Once the salmon is done, toss it in the Bang Bang sauce.
- Serve the salmon bites over the slaw and garnish with lime.
Notes
Store leftovers in separate airtight containers. It’s best to eat the salmon within 2-3 days for optimal freshness. Reheat the salmon in the air fryer or oven to maintain its crispiness.
