Method
 

Banana Cake Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x13 inch baking pan by greasing and lightly flouring it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the softened unsalted butter and the mashed ripe bananas.
  4. Beat in the large eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until the batter is just combined and no streaks of flour remain.
  6. Pour the prepared batter into your baking pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden skewer or toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
