Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza crust and place it on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
Cooking
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

- Drizzle balsamic vinegar over the mushrooms and continue to cook for another minute.
- Spread the mushroom mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
- Top with grated fontina cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Serving
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing and serving.
