Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and pour the lemon sauce over them.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
