Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce (optional for serving)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked and golden brown.
Serving
  1. Serve with marinara sauce if desired.

Notes

Make sure not to overmix the beef mixture, as this can make the meatballs tough. Use lean ground beef or substitute with ground turkey for a healthier option. Consider adding chopped onions or bell peppers for extra flavor.
