  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and rub it in.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper evenly over both sides of the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  2. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.

Notes

Always use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature. For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in olive oil and spices for a few hours or overnight. Let the chicken rest after baking to keep it juicy.
