Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 8 ounces whipped topping thawed
  • 2 large Granny Smith apples peeled, cored, and diced
Mix-ins & Topping
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup caramel sauce for drizzling

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes, until thickened.
  2. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping and diced apples until just combined.

  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld and the salad to chill thoroughly.

Notes

For an extra crunch, add chopped pecans or walnuts. This salad is best served chilled.
