- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

- Transfer the chicken to the crockpot.

- Pour this mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken with two forks and mix it into the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the garlic and seasoning mixture for a few hours before cooking. Consider adding vegetables, such as spinach or broccoli, to the crockpot to make it even more nutritious. If you prefer a thicker sauce, you can add a cornstarch slurry during the last hour of cooking.
