- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice pickles into thick rounds or spears.
- In one bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
Coating and Cooking
- Dip pickle slices first in the egg mixture, then coat with the cornmeal mixture.
- Arrange the coated pickles in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for about 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.

Notes
If you have leftovers, let them cool completely before storing. Place the fried pickles in an airtight container in the fridge. They will stay good for about 2-3 days. To reheat, simply air fry them again for a few minutes to bring back their crispiness. For a spicy kick, try adding cayenne pepper to the cornmeal mixture. You can experiment with different seasonings or add parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
