Cooking
- Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Season with chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until the turkey is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the black beans and corn, and cook until heated through, about 3-4 minutes.
Serving
- Serve over cooked rice or quinoa, garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
