Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and almond flour. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Line a square baking dish with parchment paper. Press the coconut mixture firmly into the bottom of the dish.
- Refrigerate for at least 1-2 hours until firm.
- Once set, remove from the dish and cut into bars.
Notes
These bars can be served chilled or at room temperature. For a fun twist, add chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or dried fruits. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
